Refund and Return Policy

Because of the intimate nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the conditions below, in line with common hygiene regulations.

Unopened items

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for any item that is factory-sealed and unopened. Contact us first to receive a return authorization and the correct return address.

Defective or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 12 months, contact us with your order number and a short photo or video. We will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund. In most cases you do not need to ship the item back.

Non-returnable items

• Opened or used intimate items, for hygiene reasons
• Lubricants and personal care products once opened
• Gift cards

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Depending on your payment provider it can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement. Your statement will show a charge from a neutral company name, LN TRADING CO.
