Every order is packed and dispatched from our Shenzhen warehouse within 1–2 business days. As soon as the carrier scans your parcel you receive a tracking number by email.

• Europe (EU & UK) — 8–16 business days
• Australia & New Zealand — 8–15 business days
• Rest of the world — 10–20 business days

Shipping cost

Orders over $ 79 ship free. Below that, a flat rate is shown at checkout before you pay — nothing is added after the order is placed.

If something goes wrong

Customs inspections, public holidays and severe weather can add a few days. If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, contact us and we will reship or refund.

Need to change your address? We can edit it before dispatch. Once a parcel is in transit the address can no longer be altered.
