Prices on this site do not include import duties or VAT/GST charged by your country.

Most parcels arrive without extra charges, but customs may apply import VAT or duty depending on the value and your local rules. That charge is the recipient's responsibility and is collected by the carrier — not by us.

What we will not do

We do not mark parcels as gifts and we do not under-declare value. Both are customs fraud and put your parcel at risk of seizure, which would cost you far more than the tax.

If your parcel is held

The carrier will contact you directly. Pay the charge and the parcel is released. If you refuse the charge and the parcel is returned or destroyed, we cannot refund the shipping cost.
